How to Reset Your Customer Profile Password

2 min read

This guide covers resetting your Marketing Rhino website account password — the one you use to log in to your customer profile where you manage your licenses, downloads, and support tickets.

Note: This is not the same as your landing page admin panel password. If you need to reset the password for your landing page’s admin dashboard, refer to our guide on resetting your admin password.

How to Reset Your Password

  1. Go to the password reset page.
  2. Enter the email address associated with your account — this is the same email you used when making your purchase.
  3. Click Reset Password. You will receive an email with a password reset link.
  4. Open the email and click the reset link. It will take you to a page where you can set a new password.
  5. Enter your new password and confirm it.
  6. Once saved, go to your customer profile and log in using your email and new password.

Didn’t Receive the Reset Email?

If you do not receive the password reset email within a few minutes, try the following:

  • Check your spam or junk folder — the email may have been filtered by your email provider.
  • Check the correct email address — make sure you are entering the same email you used when purchasing. If you are unsure which email you used, check your original purchase confirmation email.
  • Wait a few minutes — email delivery can sometimes be delayed. Allow up to 10 minutes before trying again.
  • Try again — go back to the reset page and submit a new request.

If you have tried everything above and still cannot reset your password, contact us with your email address and order details and we will help you regain access to your account.
